If you learn to live within your own skin,

Every battle within yourself you will win.

If you don’t draw upon the good that is deep within yourself,

You will be as useless as a dusty, unopened book on a shelf,

So, if at peace, rejoice in your being, there’s no need to sing the blues

For being happy does not depend on walking in someone else’s shoes.
