NEITHER GOING NOR GONE

Many things of value may be going or gone, now or soon.

Who cares, as I’ll still own the light of the sun and moon.

Though many other things exist or are in several states of flux.

Who cares, as long as I have my bagels, cream cheese, and lox.

All else that remains very important to me.

Will be by my side or alive in my memory,

As my very own and for my own private benefit

To always enjoy, to cherish, and to never forget.
