THE AVAILABLE GUN

Any argument supporting the unregulated sale of the gun is but mere tautology.

It's proffered to protect moneyed interests of the greedy, made without apology.

For it is not entirely true that guns don't kill but people do.

People, guns, plus bullets, round out a picture more true.

As one cannot be killed by a bullet unless he is shot with a gun,

And a gun can't be shot unless that shooting is done by someone.

Each reinforces the other, and by that conspiracy, murder is done.

But if a crackpot is using a fully automatic and multi-bulleted gun,

Then for certain the victims will number many more than just a few

Randomly murdered by the gun shooter and by the gun lobbyists too.
